Wendy Welch is the market’s subject-matter-expert in campus card service delivery and a seasoned professional in client support and service.  She has spent nearly 15 years in the campus card discipline in high profile, customer-facing assignments.   She is responsible for the implementation and management of CardSmith’s service at each client site, including planning and launch for each program.  She manages our Customer Solution Team that manages client card programs.

Wendy was National Director of Program Management for Student Advantage's SA Cash business for nearly two years, managing the team responsible for site/school level program launches and ongoing program management. She played a critical leadership role bringing experience, credibility and expertise to SA Cash - a new product and business line for Student Advantage. She  spent 3 years managing operations for AT&T's campus card/calling card program, through which AT&T integrated its brand and calling card functionality onto University ID cards. Wendy and team executed programs at more than 50 clients, resulting in production of over 1 million AT&T-branded campus ID cards.
